COVID 19 GUIDELINES FOR MINDFULNESS WALK
For practical purposes in relation to joining a Mindfulness Walk please consider the following:
*Please DO NOT attend a walk if you or someone in your household have any COVID 19 symptoms. This would also apply if you have been in close contact with anyone who has the symptoms in the previous 14 days.
*If you display COVID 19 symptoms within 7 days of the walk please contact your guide so that other walk members can be informed.
*Groups will be kept to a maximum of 6 people (including the guide). If the group is larger than 6 a second of third guide will be required. In these cases, groups 6 will walk separately from each other.
*Face masks are not mandatory while we are out in nature, so please use own discretion with regards to face masks.
*Keep your social distance of 1 metre+ within your group.
*Please bring your own drinks and snacks.
*Please bring your own hand sanitiser.
*I am a qualified First Aider so I will carry a First Aid pack with me for emergency however I would encourage you to bring your own antibacterial/viral wipes, plaster, disposable masks and gloves.
*Be careful when opening gates etc not to touch surfaces; use your elbow or a covered hand to protect yourself and others.
*It is advisable not to car-share when attending walks as social distancing in an enclosed place is not possible.
If in doubt, please contact me for assistance.
