I have thoroughly enjoyed my 8 week course with Juita, especially learning all the different meditation types. I liked being able to bring focus back to my breathing. I am going through a bit of a stressful situation and I think this has really helped me. It doesn't stop me from worrying or solve my anxiety, but the techniques Juita has taught me definitely help. Sending the meditation exercises for me to download to use at any point is a nice touch and it's great to have them to hand whenever I want/need them. Juita has been an excellent tutor. My mindfulness session with Juita was a revelation. She went through the concept very clearly and our discussions enabled me to see how practising mindfulness can improve every aspect of daily life and can provide a deep sense of well-being.
